New-ish player question about homes & skyboxes

Postby Sherry Meeks » March 12th, 2012, 17:11:15

I'm looking to buy or rent land, but ultimately, I'd like my living space to be far up enough to grant me more privacy than I've got on the ground. Must I buy a skybox? Because that seriously limits my options. Can I buy one of those sky platform thingies, and just rezz whatever house I want on it?

If it's not that simple, please let me know...

Lots of places that rent have skybox properties. Most places that do rent such properties have the platforms in place. Then all you as the renter need do is drop your house/belongings. If you start looking at places the rent skyboxs you will see most advertise the square meter footprint of their platforms.
hope that helps
